Analysis of Factors Affecting the Performance of the Business Process Based on Statistical Analysis

The study is relevant due to the need to improve the process performance. The study object is data on the process of the cycle of well construction in oil production. The process duration is analyzed as a performance parameter. The aim of the study was to develop proposals to improve the performance of the well construction cycle process based on statistical analysis. The study employed such statistical methods as descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, Shewhart charts, and analysis of process capabilities. In the study, the process stability was analyzed, factors affecting the process parameters were identified, and the analysis of the data variability with regard to the identified factors was performed. As a result of the study, factors affecting the process duration were identified, and recommendations for improving the process were developed.
