Priorities for Improving Safety of Housing Management Services

Management concepts are dynamic and respond to the business needs of enterprises that strive to ensure continuous operation by keeping their customers satisfied with products or services. Improved management is a consequence of the functions and methods used to increase its safety and efficiency. The paper discusses an approach to improving the quality of housing services provided to residents of apartment buildings on the example of a service company. Such companies aim to provide consumers with comfortable and safe living. The paper presents statistical analysis of consumer requiests in order to increase the safety of housing services. The reasons for the requests were analyzed, and the factors stimulating competition and forcing service companies to consider the problems of comfortable living were identified. It is proved that increased responsibility of employees, increased efficiency of management processes, and improved functioning of all the processes contribute to the management system improvement. The incoming requests were thoroughly analyzed to refine the activities of the company in order to improve the quality and customer satisfaction. The proposed measures will improve the management of companies operating in competitive conditions that require knowledge and skills for its appropriate management.
