Photoresistance of Wollastonite Powders Modified with Silicon Dioxide Nanoparticles
Статья в журнале
Quite recently, various scientific fields have been paid considerable attention to wollastonite (CaSiO3) powders. Research focuses on biomaterials, different ceramics, coatings, construction materials, polymers, and others [1–4]. Application fields of such materials imply the solar radiation effect resulting in the degradation of optical and other properties of materials. One of the ways to improve the photo and radiation resistance of powders, is their hightemperature modification with nanoparticles [5]. The latter partially absorb incident solar radiation and function as centers of relaxation of primary defects caused by the irradiation effects.
