Induced changes of the optical absorption in sillenite crystals

We report on the approximation of spectral dependences of the optical absorption k(λ) in Bi₁₂GeO₂₀ (BGO), Bi₁₂SiO₂₀ (BSO) and Bi₁₂TiO₂₀:Al (BTO:Al) crystals in the frame of a model taking into account both the photoexcitation of electrons from deep donors and the intracenter transitions.
